My name is Leonie Hentrup and I’m currently a Ph.D. student in Business Administration at the Chair of HRM and Leadership at the University of Zurich. My current research looks at contextual factors in leaderhsip and, specifically, charismatic leadership. Other topics I’m very interested and excited about include emotions, followership and the future of work.
I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Oxford in Psychology with Philosophy, and then went on to do an M.Sc. in Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Maastricht. After I graduated, I worked for a leadership focused management consultancy. I’m now thrilled to be back in research and to be working in the beautiful city of Zurich!
